What makes your class so f'ing awesome?

I’m a HUGE music fan so be prepared for a wide wide range of music to accompany our work out! Although I appear small and polite, I’m ready to bring you major pocket rocket realness. Don’t be fooled people!!!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

As an actor working in the musical theatre industry in London, I loved exploring the wide range of fitness studios and classes in the city! I stumbled across Move Your Frame and quickly discovered how brilliantly they would accommodate my constant mind changing of which type of classes I wanted. I loved it so much, I started working front of house in Hammersmith and the rest is history. I truly believe in everything Frame stands for and feel so grateful to be a part of their family.

Who is your fitness hero?

Jane Fonda Queen of 80’s Aerobics #jazzercise

What is your signature move/style?

Has to be the original S Club 7 choreo in my 90s Dance Cardio! I happened to have learnt it off the music video at 10 years old and somehow it has never left me. Come and see for yourself!

What does your downtime look like?

1 word, 4 syllables...SHA VAS AN A (best and fave part of any yoga class)

What's the best piece of advice you've been given?

The grass is always greener where you water it. In other words, taking care of yourself is far more empowering than we realise. We can flourish and shine brighter when we don't focus our energy on constant comparison. Also... go forth and be brilliant.

If you weren't an instructor, what would you be?

A florist, without a doubt. Or a Gardner. Something to do with flowers and the outside. My parents owned a flower shop for 5 years when I was younger, I was very lucky to grow-up around all that creativity and colour.
