What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
I will make you work hard but promise that we all have fun in the process and you leave feeling awesome about yourself.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I became an instructor by accident, I attended my first Frame class at the beginning of 2016 and got offered a job straight away and never looked back.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I love creating my own smoothies before I go to work and then enjoy to mediate/nap on my yantra mat when I get back. I always look forward to my recovery days too.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
My fitness hero is Sporty Spice because she helped create GIRL POWER!
What is your signature move?
I can’t get enough of the ‘Plank’ because when done correctly every single muscle is switched on. You want to think about pushing away from the floor to help improve your upper body strength.
