What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

My classes are challenging and fun. Think summertime dance hits meet a killer workout. I want you all to feel amazing during and after our time together, to work up a sweat and to push your body. I aim to make you stronger, fitter and happier on the inside and out after every session, and I cannot wait to work out with you all!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I have always had a passion for training in the gym. I am a Professional Dancer and throughout my studies, I always made fitness a priority. Therefore, once I graduated I decided to train additionally as a Fitness Instructor so that I could do something that I love every single day and motivate other people to feel amazing.

Who’s your fitness hero?

I take inspiration from fitness icons like Kirsty Hendey, Courtney Black and Tammy Hembrow, all incredible strong women who promote healthy lifestyle, positive body image, fitness and happiness on their online platforms.

What makes you, you?

I grew up by the sea, so I am an absolute water baby and I love being outdoors. I am a hard worker by nature and the idea of being successful really drives and motivates me. Finally, I am always smiling and I have a really cool, calm and positive outlook on life.

What does your downtime look like?

I absolutely love being with my friends and spending lots of time outdoors in the sun, swimming in the sea back at home, enjoying lots of food and drinks, going to festivals and watching love island!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

Weight training and HIIT are my all time favourites. Being a Dancer, I find that this type of training allows me to stay extremely strong and fit. It is also very time efficient with short bursts of high intensity training, so that I can really make the most of my down time when I’m not teaching.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

This would definitely be by eating a very healthy diet, getting lots of sleep and writing positive affirmations, so that I am kind and loving towards myself every day.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

No one will believe in you unless you do.

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

I love to wake up early for a workout, spend time in the sun, work hard in the mornings and then relax with my loved ones in the evening.
