What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I used to work in the event management and attending Pilates classes to help improve my posture and rehab after the knee injury. I soon realised how much Pilates helped recovering from the old injuries and wanted to help other people achieve the same.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Dame Jessica Ennis Hill - being an excellent athlete in multi-eventing disciplines and 100 metres hurdles. Winning her third world championship gold medal in a row just after 15 months after giving birth.
What makes you, you?
I love cycling and travelling, going to festivals and dress up events.
What does your downtime look like?
Hanging out with my friends, listening to music and watching documentaries.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
You will only regret the things you don't do

A film maker.
