Serena Williams! She’s so inspirational. I love her dedication and resilience. I’m constantly looking up to her especially as a woman of colour!
What is your signature move / style?
The dreaded lunge sequence. People often rush through it but really going slow and deep in the lunge is going to make your glutes *burn* even more.
What makes you, you?
I’m a PhD student apart from being an instructor! I work on mental health and brain activation in children. It’s amazing and super rewardIng.
What does your downtime look like?
I love dogs and take any opportunity to walk them!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
t’s important to be critical of what you do but also to be self-compassionate.
