What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I originally trained as an actress at Italia Conti Academy. Life as an actress was stressful which was not good for my mental health. At the time I suffered from anxiety. I joined the local gym to get my confidence back and to feel better in myself. I already had a dance and fitness background beforehand but that’s when I knew I could do this as a career. Not only does it keep me focused and on the right track but I can help others who are going through or have been in similar situations.

What is your signature move?

I have two signature moves! The hair whip and the body ROLLLLL. Sometimes people don’t go for it enough, but the more you come to class the more confidence you will gain and the easier it gets.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Do what you love, not what you’re told to love and Only pack what you can carry yourself!

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?

A phycologist! I'm extremely interested in human behaviour and body language.
