What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

In my class, I want to see some teeth! Lets live it up, sweat it out and leave with a smile!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I’m from a performance/dance background and have always loved staying active, so with Frame I’ve turned something I love into a new career, happy days!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Eat (lots), Sleep (lots), Rave (at Frame), Repeat!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

I think you need a variety of different types of exercise in life! Depending on my mood and what my body is telling me I like to mix up what I do. But I can’t lie, anything with a bit of dance involved and I’m there.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

I don’t know if this counts as a fitness hero but J-Lo all the way! If I look like her when I’m 50 then hallelujah! She is FIT!

What is your signature move/style?

Being a dancer who loves performing, its all about those facial expressions. As if you are on stage, in class I want everyone to express that emotion. When you are happy, smile, when you are fighting the burn, let’s see that determination face. If you feel it, express it!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

If there’s something in your life you don’t like, change it!

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?

A hippy travelling the world.
