What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Very very long hikes in nature with my partner, foraging mushrooms and wild food, working on my boat, writing plays, moving, moving, moving.

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

The discipline of Yoga adds gravity to the too often too inflatable city life.

What is your signature move?

Scorpion. Don’t look at yourself; ask, where is the pose going? Breathing is moving. Breathing is enough.
