What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

High energy guaranteed! Super hype, ‘you are awesome!’, who cares, feel good vibes! With a backdrop of tuuuuneesss!!! My classes are a trip- you will laugh, sweat, pose and come out feeling reenergised and glad you came!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I have always loved fitness and was a professional dancer in Uk and abroad. I now teach Dance at secondary schools and colleges and teaching fitness means I get the best of both worlds! I also have a ridiculous amount of energy so this is the perfect job for me!

What is your signature move / style?

One of my fave moves is the super human on the rebounder! It literally feels like your flying! And when that beat drops….. you better get ready!

What makes you, you?

I’m also a school teacher.. so you better be good! Lol - I’m a proud northerner!

What does your downtime look like?

Travel with peeps I love, quality time with the hubby and my 2 daughters, visiting family up north where I’m from!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

it’s a life choice not a day to day.. that’s why I made it my job!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Be hopeful and positive always! Keep the faith and look to how you can give back! Each one, teach one!

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

Helping people smash their fitness goals is the best feeling ever! The act of exercise itself gives such feel good vibes and that’s the reason I do it! It’s fun to take part in your fave exercise, whatever that is for you!, Do something new and keep reinventing your fitness repertoire!
