What makes your class so f'ing awesome?

Whether its a flow class or a restorative practice, my classes are a great big hug for your heart. My aim is to gift you space to just be with yourself wholeheartedly. And from my experience, that feels pretty awesome.

What is your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

After a few years in the corporate world, I finally forgave myself for not enjoying that lifestyle and followed my passion into yoga, teaching and Frame

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Ayrton Senna. His attitude to life and to community, his passion and his purpose. Pretty hard not to be inspired.

What does your downtime look like?

Out with friends laughing far too loudly about nothing in particular! Or dragging my partner out for long walks so I can point out all the dogs I want…

Whats the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

To not rely on advice from others. You know yourself better than anyone else, do the work and trust yourself. You’ve got this

If you weren’t an instructor, what would you be?

A psychotherapist. I’m part way through my training already so hopefully I’ll be both soon enough :)
