What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

My class environment is welcoming and inclusive, with a great soundtrack. We focus on increasing strength and flexibility whilst paying particular attention to technique, breathing and alignment. After working your body to its full potential, you will leave feeling confident and balanced in mind and body.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I trained professionally as a dancer and Pilates played an important part of our training in looking after our bodies. I’ve been teaching dance for over 5 years and completed the Frame Academy Dynamic Reformer course in 2018, to allow me to teach a wider audience about our bodies and how to keep them moving and feeling good for as long as possible!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Eating good, sleeping good, moving my body and meditating regularly! Also, LOTS of water and not spending so much time on social media.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Nike Master Trainer Kirsty Godso – THE most motivating/inspiring!

What does your downtime look like?

Seinfeld on repeat and Japanese food

Enjoy growing and be present.
