Our classic Ass & Abs class, just at a slightly slower pace, so you can really concentrate on that technique, and get the most out of your workout! Squat, lunge, crunch repeat for a serious workout that does what it says on the tin. Expect to feel the BURN and to tone up both your ass and your abs!

A total body workout that targets glutes, guads, core, upper body and back. At the end of class, The Winner Takes it All (aka that Frame Endorphin HIGH!) You will need a chair or counter top for the barre, a pair of light hand weights and a ball for this one
If you’re looking for a super challenging yet enjoyable Barre class - this is it. Power Barre is low impact but high reps, bringing some serious heat into the body. We’ve also added in a killer Power Ballad soundtrack to help distract from the barre burn we all love to hate.
A 45-minute Barre class pairing 'classic' barre technique with a pretty epic soundtrack. Extension is the focus here, strengthening whilst creating length in those muscles! Shout out to our friends Beyoncé and Madonna for getting us through the burnnnnn. You'll need a light resistance band and a chair for this one.
Low-impact, high burn with the added bonus of a Bad Gal RiRi soundtrack. In this super challenging class, small controlled movements are the name of the game and for the Rihanna special expect an extra focus on the glutes. Buckle up, cos she's giving it to you stronger, and you'll need a pair of light dumbbells (or water bottles) and a chair for this one.
A 45-minute Barre class choreographed to a soundtrack of Boy Bands through the ages… We’re talking Backstreet Boys, N Sync, Boys II Men and Busted. A focus on unilateral movement, working each side of the body in isolation. We use light dumbbells to add resistance to the arm tracks, and the side plank tracks, and mix this up with some super burny butt and leg work at the barre.
A 30 minute low impact but super challenging Barre classes tailored specifically for runners. You will work on pelvic stability, leg strength and runners arms to help you power up your running so you can increase speed and efficiency. Add some resistance with a set of light dumbbells (or cans) and have a chair or bench nearby to use as a barre.

When time is short, but endorphins are needed, a quickie class is a sure fire way to get ahead. 20 jam-packed minutes of low-impact but high intensity work using sliding discs to get the heart-rate up and sculpt the entire body. The sliding discs add an element of instability, recruit more muscles and adding a little extra SPICE to your squats, lunges, planks, pikes and hip bridges… This is a semi-sweaty but high burn class. You’ll be glad that it’s just 20 minutes, trust us!
