At the Shoreditch studio, you’ll find a whopping five studios including:
- ‘A Hard core’ Fitness room, complete with punch pads, TRX, treadmills, bikes and plyometric boxes
- A Yoga studio covering everything from Basics to Yin to Meditation and everything in between
- A Reformer Pilates studio *heyyy core strength and full body toning*
- Two freestyle studios home to a mixture of fitness and dance classes as well as Frame signature classes such as Ass & Abs and Rebounding
Classes run between 6.30am and until 9.30pm on average on weekdays and until 8.15 on Fridays. Still, with a jam-packed schedule, we will have a slightly later start and earlier finish at the weekends. Classes and workshops will range from 30 minutes to two hours so you can squeeze in a quickie at lunch or invest an afternoon upping your skills. We know that variety is the spice of life which is why our carefully curated timetable and expert instructors will make sure your brain and body never get bored.
The changing rooms are equipped with six power-showers and all the necessary bits and bobs (GHD hair dryers, straighteners, REN shampoo and conditioner) to take you from studio to the street (ahem, work!) plus towels are free.

The studio opens 20 minutes before the first class and closes 20 minutes after the end of the final class.
