WORKOUT WEEKS
I like my fitness journey each week to be like a wave, some highs and some very focussed comedowns. Variety is, of course, the spice of life but as a Pilates teacher, I like classes that have some or even a distant connection to the Pilates method.
I need motivating to get sweaty or I’ll end up on the couch with a bag of chocolate buttons so I need an instructor who can push and inspire me. This has really informed my choices for my week! I want you to enjoy this week and listen to your body, use these classes and set yourself up for a super balanced week of movement!
