Puffiness. Heaviness. Stiffness. Pain that keeps coming back. Poor sleep, bloating, and a body that no longer responds the way it used to.
Your lymphatic system works alongside your blood flow, your veins and your nervous system. When fluid isn’t moving, you feel it everywhere.
The Lymphatic Practice is a two-hour, self-assessment-led workshop with Carli Wheatley (@lymphlover), lymphatic therapist, acupuncturist and NADA practitioner. You’ll learn the LYMPHLOVER Assessment: how to feel your own tissue, compare sides and find where your body is holding on, then how to work with what you find.
We calm the body first, then move fluid. You’ll work through your whole body in a clear order, starting at the collarbones, using lymphatic self-massage, acupressure and deep, purposeful pressure that stays within comfort.
You’ll learn:
Where to begin, and why the order matters
What you’re feeling for under your hands
Which direction to work and how much pressure to use
Acupressure points to work into the practice
Where to start at home
Every session ends the same way: feet up, a few minutes of quiet, and time for your body to settle.
Most people feel the difference before they leave: lighter, softer, calmer. You’ll take home your own assessment sheet and a clear place to start. The practice gets easier every time you come back to it.
The Lymphatic Practice is the foundation. From here you can go deeper with Happy Face or a one-to-one LYMPHLOVER Assessment.
What to bring and wear:
A small amount of cream or oil

This is active learning: you’ll be touching, assessing and working on your own body throughout
Phones stay away during the practice
No experience needed
