A 45-minute Barre class choreographed to a soundtrack of Boy Bands through the ages… We’re talking Backstreet Boys, N Sync, Boys II Men and Busted. A focus on unilateral movement, working each side of the body in isolation. We use light dumbbells to add resistance to the arm tracks, and the side plank tracks, and mix this up with some super burny butt and leg work at the barre.
