Angsty, burnt out and unable to switch off? Head this way. We've split our Superclass The BIG Let Go into 3 sections with The BIG Chill incorporates a series of Yin postures to take you out of your mind and into your body. The 20 minute session with Francesca and Chris is designed to shift your body from “fight or flight” mode to “rest and digest” mode - which is better for your sleep and your overall sense of calm and well-being. You'll want some warm layers to keep you snuggly, and a blanket, some cushions close by if you have them, to help with some of the postures.
