4Beat is a dynamic vinyasa flow based on the Rocket Yoga system, focusing on breath control in sync with a steady 4Beat rhythm. Moving in harmony with the slow, regular beat of the music. The sequence moves through Sun Salutations, standing postures, floor work, and closing poses, with optional inversions and arm balances. The priority is breath, not complexity, making it suitable for both adventurous beginners and experienced yogis.
This 2 hours session follows four stages: warm up, get up, sit down, and lay down. It begins in a supported restorative posture to establish the 4Beat breath and meditation, followed by an extended moving and breathing practice where the group moves in sync. The session concludes with an extended closing sequence and pranayama, leaving you grounded, energised, and deeply connected.
