After activating your muscles, he'll take you through a good solid strength section, working both the upper and lower body, with an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) finisher to increase the heart rate and push your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance that little bit harder. To get the most out of this class, you'll need 2 medium dumbells and a heavy kettlebell (suitable for swings). Kereim gives lots of options for modifications so this is suitable for all levels.
