After activating your muscles, he'll take you through a good solid strength section, working both the upper and lower body, with an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) finisher to increase the heart rate and push your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance that little bit harder. To get the most out of this class, you'll need 2 medium dumbells and a heavy kettlebell (suitable for swings). Kereim gives lots of options for modifications so this is suitable for all levels. Just drop those weights if you're finding it a little tough!

We've split our Superclass The BIG Let Go into 3 sections with The BIG Chill incorporates a series of Yin postures to take you out of your mind and into your body. The 20 minute session with Francesca and Chris is designed to shift your body from “fight or flight” mode to “rest and digest” mode - which is better for your sleep and your overall sense of calm and well-being. You'll want some warm layers to keep you snuggly, and a blanket, some cushions close by if you have them, to help with some of the postures.
