A slow & dreamy, two-hour practice blending breathwork, gentle yoga movement, and meditation to bring you back to centre.
This session invites you to soften deep-held tension through mindful movement, self-massage, and soothing breathing techniques, enhanced by a bespoke aromatherapy blend to open the airways and support respiratory and immune health.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to open the chest, belly, and throat, moving into softly stimulating breathwork to boost oxygen flow and release those feel-good hormones, guiding you out of the mind and into the moment. From there, we’ll ease into restorative yoga postures and deeply calming breathwork to settle the body and quiet the nervous system.
Think of this workshop as a mini retreat for the whole body, this Soul-FULL Session will leave you feeling grounded, open, and at ease, with simple takeaways you can return to anytime, on or off the mat.
