In recognition of World Mental Health Day, this workshop is an extended version of Anisha’s much-loved Anxiety Release Yoga Class. It’s designed to bring greater peace of mind, ease in the body, and psychological resilience through the therapeutic practices of yoga. Expect gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation, all grounded in evidence-based practices from yoga therapy and neuroscience.

Open to all levels, this is a safe space to release tension, quiet the mind, and take away simple tools to support your mental wellbeing both on and off the mat.
