A low intensity class created specifically to strengthen the pregnant body in a way that will support the natural changes to your postural alignment as your body changes throughout your pregnancy. Great for those lower energy days. Although recommended for Trimester 2, this class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy as modifications are given. You will need a resistance band, and a chair or counter for support in this class
