1. BODY PART SPECIFIC

Just like Ronseal, this class does exactly what is says on the tin. 50% of the class will be spent targetting your butt, to lift it and sculpt it to a point it rivals J-Lo’s, and the other 50% will target your abs. For the geeks among us, the transverse abdominis, the obliques and the all important rectus abdominus (“oh, this old 6-pack?”)

2. TONING

You’ll concentrate on toning your problem areas, rather than specifically raising the heart rate, but don’t be fooled that this is going to be easy. Exercises will be repeated again and again, before a good stretch out before the next set of exercises. We’ll focus on conditioning using ankle weights, resistance bands and your own body to really define those abs.

3. GET PUMPED

Once you’re done you’ll feel ready to take on the world. And with a butt and midriff to die for, no-one is going to stop you!
