Just like Ronseal, this class does exactly what is says on the tin. 50% of the class will be spent targetting your butt, to lift it and sculpt it to a point it rivals J-Lo’s, and the other 50% will target your abs. For the geeks among us, the transverse abdominis, the obliques and the all important rectus abdominus (“oh, this old 6-pack?”)
You’ll concentrate on toning your problem areas, rather than specifically raising the heart rate, but don’t be fooled that this is going to be easy. Exercises will be repeated to the point that you may feel your butt and abs may never contract again. Good job we’ll be stretching them out… Before we get back on it and start with the next set of exercises.
Once you’re done you’ll feel ready to take on the world. And with a butt and midriff to die for, no-one is going to stop you!
