The 'OG' of FRAME Classes. A 45 minute toning class focused on, yep you guessed it, your Ass and your Abs! (Otherwise known as your glutes and your abdominals). Using small equipment to add resistance, this class focuses on high reps with very little rest to ensure you feel THE BURN

And as with all Frame classes, you'll have an amazing instructor and a banging soundtrack to help you push through what at first felt impossible! Expect some high intensity bursts (always with low impact modifications) and come wearing trainers!
