A slower paced class aimed at beginners to teach you the basic Pilates techniques. You will become familiar with the Reformer bed and the different ways in which it can be used. Please do a minimum of 3 Beginner classes before joining an Open class.
HOW YOU WILL FEEL
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting the 'power house' muscles (abs, lower back, hips and glutes). You'll work out your mind too as mastering the Reformer and learning new moves and sequences is actually training your brain, improving your memory and cognitive function. Double win.
