HOW YOU WILL FEEL
Energised, powerful and possibly a little shaky in those poor muscles! Mastering the Reformer bed and learning new moves and sequences is actually training your brain, improving your memory and cognitive function. After any Reformer class, you'll feel ready for anything, energised, but without the risk of crashing a few hours later! This is a tougher class, so remember to hydrate and refuel accordingly!
