A specifically designed prenatal fitness class using weights and small equipment to focus on the areas that require strengthening and opening during pregnancy, setting you up to feel confident in your body at such an important time, whilst preparing your body for labour and life as a new mum. Our Instructors are all prenatal qualified and will be able to support you through your journey. Our classes are aimed at low-risk pregnancies, so if you are high risk, please consult your doctor before getting started.
