WHAT TO EXPECT

Our TBLG class starts with a proper shake off - literally thrashing out whatever is weighing you down (it works!). Unburdened of your sh*t, you’ll then use a combination of calming yoga flows, restorative postures and breathwork to properly tune out, and calm your nervous system.

HOW YOU WILL FEEL

Calm and grounded. And possibly a little sleepy. Calm and grounded. This session is carefully calibrated to take you out of ‘fight or flight’ mode and into a state of total relaxation, helping to shed any worries and frustrations and leaving you properly chilled and able to switch off. Straight home to bed!
