Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates will work on improving posture, balance and core strength. The perfect accompaniment to any other type of exercise to help prevent injury and move with greater efficiency. Choose from Beginner Reformer Pilates, regular Reformer or Dynamic Reformer Pilates for some extra spice.

Yoga

Time to chill the f*ck out. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or haven't ever stepped foot on a mat, we've got something for everyone. Our faves are Wake Up & Flow Yoga, Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga and Restore & Release Yoga.

Total Body is a Frame classic, packing cardio and conditioning exercises into a jam-packed 45 minutes. First up is 10 hard minutes of high intensity cardio set to the music, followed by an arms section with dumbbells, a standing legs section using gliders, before (finally) getting down on the mat for more glider work for the arms and core. You'll leave sweaty and happy after a challenging but fun total body workout.

The Mandala practice is playful and dynamic, flowing through strong poses to the rhythm of the breath. The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element, and related chakra, of the day as per the Mayan calendar. Our Mandala Vinyasa class is a creative Vinyasa practice to satisfy and challenge the body and mind. As the class moves quite quickly around the mat, we don’t suggest that it’s suitable for beginners.

Whether you’re heading to work, a meeting, or out out, our studios have everything needed to get you ready. Our changing rooms are kitted out with premium shampoo and conditioner, plus we’ve got free towels, GHD hairdryers and straighteners to use post class. Top tip: grab yourself a Bumble & bumble hair kit to borrow from reception whilst in studio. Need somewhere to work before or after class? No problem, we’ve got tables and WiFi you can work from.
