BARRE FOR RUNNERS

A 30 minute low impact but super challenging Barre classes tailored specifically for runners. You will work on pelvic stability, leg strength and runners arms to help you power up your running so you can increase speed and efficiency. Add some resistance with a set of light dumbbells (or cans) and have a chair or bench nearby to use as a barre.
