Join Tasmin, and her glamorous assistant Kim, for a 30 minute barre class without a barre. But don’t be fooled, no barre equals less stability and MORE work for your muscles having to stabilise the body, so even more barre burn! The class uses a Pilates ball, but you can use a yoga block, a football or even nothing… ALL exercises can be done without. No ball. No stress. We’re not sure how Tasmin manages to look so demure throughout… This class is BURNY but that’s the way we LOVE it!! Thankfully Kim is giving modifications for all exercises, perfect for beginners or if you’re just not feeling it today!
