In this 20 min classes you will use conscious connected breathing techniques and music to connect to the sympathetic nervous system. This class will help you relax both your mind and body, releasing tension by allowing your mind to access a deeper state of consciousness. We recommend you use headphones for this class and you grab a few cushions and blankets to get cosy. This style of breathing wouldn't be suitable during pregnancy or if you have any serious medical conditions.
