This class is all about sculpting your pins to within an inch of their lives! You'll lengthen and tone using both your own bodyweight and gliders. We'll focus on working your muscle groups by using tiny and precise (yet powerful) movements. EQUIPMENT You will need a pair of gliders (check out the shop) or you can use towels if needed. Smooth wooden/tiled floors work best.
