Focusing on the breath as we scan the entire body, taking you from 'fight or flight' mode and back into 'rest and digest'. We've kept this guided meditation nice and short, perfect to start the day, reset in the middle, or to help you as you slow down as it gets closer to bed time. We can't always find the time to squeeze in a workout, but regular meditation can have similar effects to our mental wellbeing.
