In this 20 minute introduction to breathwork, Kelly will start by demonstrating and explaining how emotions affect the breath, the diaphragm and what it is, and how we should be breathing day-to-day. You'll then be guided through a ten minute breathe to music session, using the techniques you have just learnt. Due to the dynamic nature of this breathwork class it’s not recommended during pregnancy.
