In this 30-minute Mat Pilates the focus is on breath, form and technique. Expect lots of juicy spine work, leaving you energised rather than exhausted! If you're new to Pilates we recommend taking a couple of beginner classes before trying this one. You might want a light dumbbell (1-3kg) for this one, but all exercises can also be done without.
