In this 45-minute Mat Pilates the focus is on breath, form and technique. Expect to work on deep core connection and realigning the spine and pelvis. You will also wake up any sleepy postural muscles that can sometimes get neglected! If you're new to Pilates we recommend taking a couple of beginner classes before trying this one.
