This 20-minute session offers runners the ideal way to dash into the Christmas season! Whether you're into road, trail or track work, get started with 5 minutes of mobility, before moving into the main strength section where you'll work through three exercises for three rounds, with options to get progressively harder as you move through the class. You'll finish with a plyometrics round that’s designed to work on your power while getting your heart rate pumping.
