Choose a class based on how you feel. Some days you’re in the mood for a sweaty HIIT and some days you need Pilates. We’ve got a move for every mood.
A 30-minute Pilates class to elongate your muscles and leave you feeling a teeny bit taller. Expect to flow from one exercise to the next using breath in a dynamic way with some more advanced movements in parts. Lucia gives modifications so suitable for all levels.
This quickie Mat Pilates class is perfect for those days when you're short on time and need a quick but effective class. Gary will take you through a technique focused practice working the full body but specifically targeting deep into the core muscles. Ouch in all the right ways!
In this 45-minute Mat Pilates the focus is on breath, form and technique. Expect to work on deep core connection and realigning the spine and pelvis. You will also wake up any sleepy postural muscles that can sometimes get neglected! If you're new to Pilates we recommend taking a couple of beginner classes before trying this one.

Lucia is joining us from the other side of the world, for this strength based, Pilates style class designed to improve mobility and range within the body and leave you with that post workout glow.
