We’ve taken all the best bits of a Reformer Pilates class and moved it off the bed and onto the mat hence ‘Reform-ish’. Using resistance bands and a set of gliders to mirror the springs and pulleys from a Reformer bed you will work the entire body in this challenging but fun 35-minute class.
