A 30 minute strength class for you guessed it - runners. A 'must do' class for all runners looking to work on mobility and technique by building strength in the legs and power house core. Slow and controlled is the name of the game here so use a heavy weight. Beginners anything over 6kg, intermediate 8kg and total pros 10kg and over.
