Join Charlotte, Frame Trainer, Running Coach and Ultramarathon runner, for a 20 minute strength session, created specifically with the needs of runners in mind. This strength class is suitable for runners of ALL abilities, whether you're just starting out, training for a 10k, or even aiming for a half or full marathon. You'll need one weight (dumbell or kettlebell of choice) for this session, which will work lower body, core and arms, with some cheeky 'power' moves thrown in for good measure! By adding this class into your weekly routine alongside your runs and mobility session (part of this series), you will start to see improvements in your running technique, lower the risk of injury and (fingers crossed) increase your speed!
