A quick but effective 20-minute Pilates class designed to work deep into the core muscles (ouch!) and build strength by targeting large and small muscle groups. Expect lot's of pulses, reps and of course hundreds. We recommend that you do take a couple of beginner classes to nail your technique before trying this class.
