Join René for this 30 minute Upper body Strength class where she’ll guide you expertly through the technique for all of the exercises, targeting all of the muscle groups in your upper body, including your core that will be working throughout to keep the body stable and form perfect! ;-) You’ll work through 3 sets of 6 exercises, with 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. 6 exercises 40 secs work, 20 secs rest. You will need a pair of dumbbells - or a lighter and heavier option if you have this at home, to increase the weight you’re lifting as you work through the sets… We can guarantee that your upper body will be ON FIRE by the end of this class.
