A 30 minute yoga class for runners. As running is a forward and backward movement this class will focus into the often neglected side body and specifically the IT band that causes grief for most runners (heya knee pain) so releasing the tissue here regularly will help keep you injury free so you can enjoy the miles with smiles. You will need a yoga strap (or a scarf or belt) and a yoga block (or book). No yoga experience needed. Comes with a GREAT playlist.
