Check into rehab and hug it out with yourself in this class designed to leave you totally relaxed. This calm and measured class is completely horizontal, so if you prefer to get your sweat on then stay away.

A chance to focus on the most important relationship of all - with yourself - through the practice of yoga. A gentle and restorative flow will focus on releasing tension and encourage feelings of self-acceptance followed by a deep, healing meditation
