TONE UP FROM TOP TO TOE The PILATES PACKAGE is a 6-week programme priced at £186 for those of you who want to get long, lean and posture-perfect in one fell swoop. This is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the world of Pilates and the Reformer. By following the intense 6 week programme, your body will become used to the exercises and you will start to see results, which can be maintained by continuing on 1 or 2 classes a week thereafter. We would suggest to condense the package into 4 weeks if you can fit in 3 classes per week, but we’ve given you an extra 2 weeks just in case life gets in the way! WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE? This is a 6 week programme and involves 12 x 60 minute sessions on the Pilates Reformer machine. You will get an all over body workout, but can choose to concentrate on specific “problem areas” if you want. Our fantastic instructors are all slightly different in the way they teach so you’re likely to choose a favourite, but we do suggest trying a selection of instructors as they’ll all concentrate on different areas and use different exercises to keep things interesting! Reformer Pilates is great for creating long, lean & toned muscles, increasing strength and improving posture. Pilates really targets the core abdominal area, so is perfect for getting that flat tummy as well as perfectly toned arms and legs. We run Pilates Reformer throughout the day, 7 days a week. The package includes Beginner, Dynamic, Advanced, Ass & Abs, Arms & Abs and standard Reformer Pilates classes.
