Mixing boxing moves and pad work this 2 hour workshop aims to improve your strength, coordination and technique, with this you will learn new skills as well as increasing your fitness level. This workshop will be led by the incredible Andrew Clarke and include a 45 minute box-fit section focusing on both boxing and kickboxing. This isn’t a workshop to miss!
