Eve's gut friendly class picksAs a loyal Framer, I've been using both their studio and online classes to help keep my stress levels in check over the past couple of years. Here are my top 5 classes with some of my favourite instructors!
DYNAMIC YOGA WITH ANDY KOBELINSKY
Andy brings such positive energy to her classes and I love her Thursday evening one in particular as its at the end of the day and end of the week when we might be tempted to relieve our stresses through the means of vino instead of on the mat. I always leave on a restorative high.
MORNING FLOW WITH SABI KERR
Sabi uses a lot of intuitive moves in her practise which allows me to tune in better to what I really need instead of what I THINK I need. Thats really important when we need to recenter and rebalance from the day to day grind.
DYNAMIC YOGA WITH FRANCESCA SLOAN
Francesca’s classes are always challenging in a way that is unexpected. She also encourages zero ego and to move with the body and away from the mind which is what many of us need. Me for sure! I always leave her classes feeling mentally much lighter and grounded.
REFORMER PILATES WITH LYDIA MELMETH
Lydia’s classes are tough but in a good way and because they are challenging it allows me to fully focus for a dedicated 45 mins without the swirling thoughts and mental check lists in my head that is incredibly stress relieving. P.s. your glutes are also gonna BURN afterwards.
YIN & SOUND BATH WITH KORAL WEBB
The power of sound alone can help to release stress and in this class it is combined with restorative yoga poses designed to calm body and mind. Total relaxation on another level.
