Guilty of doing the same class time and time again? Get out of that warm and fuzzy comfort zone and try something new, or better still, 10 somethings new.
Our 10 to give you the full taste of Frame:
Think mini trampoline, maximum fun: this is the place where you get high on those sweet endorphins. The good parts of running without the ‘make it stop’ feels, work your heart, lungs and muscles with no strain on your joints.
2. FRAME STRENGTH
For that full body burn this class includes a variety of exercises and equipment, targeting the whole body through structured weight training and metabolic conditioning. The cardio blast to finish will ensure you leave on a mad endorphin high.
3. BOX TRAIN
A fast paced and high intensity class, perfect for Framers who like their heart rates high and their classes super sweaty! You’ll move between 3 stations; boxing combos on the punchbag, plyo moves and slam balls at the sweat station, and heavier weights at the strength station. Take your frustrations out on the bag, release stress and supercharge your fitness levels, all whilst being motivated by our fun and supportive instructors.
4. DANCE CARDIO
Get your blood pumping with 45-minutes of cardio done the fun way. Mix easy choreography with big tunes for an addictive workout that never disappoints. Consider your mood boosted.
5. FRAME LIFT
A barbell class to tone and strengthen the entire body. Exercises are programmed to work with the music, which along with an awesome instructor, will motivate you to push through the burn as we fatigue each muscle group one by one!
Low impact, high burn. In this super challenging class small, controlled movements are the name of the game. We switch up the choreography every 8 weeks so you can monitor your progress and get excited by new moves (and new playlists). Burn, baby, burn.
7. YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a calm (but tough) class where you will hold seated postures for long periods of time to increase flexibility and let go. Focus on breath is essential as we move deeper into the postures. Expect some discomfort but serious benefits. Turn up to get down.
8. 80’S AEROBICS
It was acceptable in the 80’s and nothing’s changed now. Pump the 80’s bangers, bring your best moves and prepare to channel your inner Jane Fonda. All lycra and leg warmers welcome.
9. ASS & ABS
Squat, lunge, crunch repeat for a serious workout that does what it says on the tin. Expect to feel the BURN and to tone up both your ass & abs!
10. TOTAL BODY
Total Body is a Frame cult classic, packing cardio and conditioning exercises into a jam-packed 45 minutes. First up is 10 hard minutes of high intensity cardio set to the music, followed by an arms section with dumbbells, a standing legs section using gliders, before (finally) getting down on the mat for more glider work for the arms and core. You’ll leave sweaty and happy after a challenging but fun total body workout.
11. DYNAMIC MAT PILATES
Okay sorry I know we said 10 but we’ve got a brand new class that we couldn’t not mention…. Exclusively in our Feelgood Factory at our King’s Cross Studio (for now!) We’re making Mat Pilates cool again. Bring your best energy in this fast-moving class, designed to awaken every muscle. Move between postures to build up heat in the body and enjoy a different theme each time that is creatively woven throughout.
